Philipp Brunner specializes in civil procedure law. He represents companies, entrepreneurs and private individuals in commercial law matters before courts, arbitration tribunals and authorities.
Philipp Brunner has many years of experience in corporate and commercial law, from incorporation, capital increases, mergers and acquisitions to liquidation and dissolution.
In addition, Philipp Brunner advises his clients on the drafting and negotiation of contracts, primarily in the areas of trade, industry and distribution, employment law, tenancy and lease law, contract law and the law governing contracts for work and services.
Philipp Brunner also advises his clients in matters of inheritance law, in particular in estate planning and as executor in the settlement of estates.

Philipp Brunner is a passionate motorcyclist and enjoys exploring the mountain passes and racetracks of Europe. He also loves hard guitar riffs and feels in his element at concerts and open airs. He finds peace and balance with friends at the cinema or binge-watching his favorite TV-shows. He is never averse to a good glass of wine and Italian cuisine.
