Jürg Bühlmann's expertise focuses on all aspects of contract law, where he assists his clients from various industries in connection with complex contracts, often with an international angle.
He is also active in corporate law, in particular in private equity and financing transactions. As a former banking lawyer, he advises clients on civil and regulatory issues in banking and finance law as well as on blockchain projects.
His experience as a former top athlete helps him in advising on sports law mandates. He also represents his clients before courts and authorities.
