  • Alina Mogicato has experience advising companies on matters relating to corporate law, contract law, data protection, employment law, and financial market regulation. She has been involved in the implementation of corporate restructurings, company formations, and data protection compliance projects. Her work also includes drafting and reviewing contracts, legal submissions, internal policies, and legal opinions, as well as handling commercial law matters with international aspects.

  • In her free time, Alina Mogicato enjoys spending time in the mountains – hiking, biking, or with her dog. She is also an avid follower of american football and enjoys reading.
