Christoph Heiz primarily handles mandates in financial and capital markets law, corporate law, and mergers and acquisitions. He advises companies in industry, finance, and other economic sectors, often with an international focus.
His work in corporate law includes restructuring, finance structuring of companies through equity or debt capital, as well as negotiating and drafting shareholders’ agreements. In the transaction business, he advises his clients on the purchase or sale of companies and on private equity investments. As an issuer representative recognized by the SIX Swiss Exchange, he advises his clients on capital markets law in connection with the issuance and listing of securities.
