Daniela Koenig specialises in financial markets law, contract, and corporate law. She has many years of experience as a commercial lawyer and advises companies from the industry, the financial sector and other business sectors on the drafting and negotiation of contracts.
Daniela Koenig has specific expertise in regulatory issues of financial markets law (FINIG, FIDLEG, asset management, collective investment schemes, financial products) and in conducting internal and external investigations.
Another focus of her work is providing comprehensive legal advice to start-ups and SME's as well as entrepreneurs in connection with planned investments and their contractual arrangements. In addition, she advises private individuals in inheritance law matters.
