Tanja Frick primarily focuses on contract law, where she enjoys analyzing complex contractual issues and accurately reflecting these in the contracts in the interests of the client. Due to her various previous assignments, she has vast experience in a wide range of business areas and industries, which enables her to quickly understand the respective interests of her clients and to provide them with the best possible advice. She represents clients in court and before authorities. 

Tanja Frick also has specialist knowledge of intellectual property law such as trademark law, copyright law and licensing law.

As a trained mediator, she is ideally qualified to support clients in contract negotiations and, on request, she also conducts mediations.

  • Tanja Frick advised various medium-sized industrial companies on general legal issues such as contract law, employment law, etc. She conducted litigation in employment law, tenancy law and general claims in court and also supported clients in out-of-court settlements.

    She also advised on various company acquisitions and sales as part of a team and assisted with the corresponding contract negotiations and closings.

  • Tanja Frick is a passionate photographer, combining landscape and architectural photography with her love of travel. In summer, she spends a lot of time on the lake, where she enjoys wakesurfing with her son.
